- Do we cook in my kitchen?
Yes, We will come to your home so that you will learn using your tools and equipment.

- Do I have the right equipment and tools?
Upon evaluation, We will make sure you have at least the minimum. We will also bring many of our own tools. If you desire, you will have the opportunity to purchase any of the same components at the most affordable prices.

- Does my family need to leave the house?
No, We find it is easiest for our clients to learn in a minimum distraction atmosphere. It is completely up to you, who you want around.

- Do I have to have any prior cooking experience?
No, We enjoy teaching any student from beginner to gourmet, upon consultation we will advise the best class to fit your needs.

- Can you teach me to cook for the week?
Yes, many people have been cooking for years but want to learn how to prepare meals for the week in one evening. It’s a great time saver!

- Can I have a lesson on just skills and techniques?
Yes, all classes are specifically tailored personally for each student, if you are a beginner we would suggest starting with basic culinary skills and techniques.

- What culinary cuisines can I learn?
We will teach you how to cook and explore using foods and flavors from any region you would like.

- I have taken cooking classes in the past, what makes yours different?
Our classes are one-on-one hands-on, and are geared specifically for your needs.The classes also take place in the convenience of your own home. You can’t beat that!
